Quick Hits- Jags/Colts 10-03-2010

Just some quick notes from the Jaguars-Colts game from Sunday afternoon.

  • That crowd was loud and was a reason for Peyton Manning looking uncomfortable in the 4th quarter. He got jumpy and didn't look as comfortable in the pocket late in the game.
  • The Jaguars offensive line played a near perfect game. No sacks on David and bulling the Colt's d-line for 160 rushing.
  • David played an o.k. game. The game was very run heavy because of how bad the Colt's defense is in general. He made some good throws and got away with a possible game ending interception that was dropped with just a few seconds left in the game.
  • Josh Scobee is having a great season so far and might have just gotten a new nickname with his game-winning 59-yard field goal with time expiring. The nickname: Scobee Bryant.
  • Mike Sims Walker was a non-factor in the passing game, where as Mike Thomas and Tiquan Underwood made some crucial catches. He has to show up against the Bills next week, or his #1 slot might get taken from him.
The Jaguars will play the Buffalo Bills next week in Buffalo.

Love it? Hate it? Thinking about buying season tickets for me? Let me know!
